Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
"Applied Geography of Japan" is an introductory course. The course does not only deal with geography, it also will bear upon society, art, culture and problems of modern Japan. No special prior knowledge is necessary.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written test via e-learning platform at the end of the course. Evaluation with points-based system, where more than 50% are necessary to pass the test.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The course shall impart basic knowledge on Japan.
Examination topics
The course will be supported by power point presentations, videos or films. Questions and discussions are welcome.
