Aims, contents and method of the course

Theoretical content will be practiced in this course via texts, dialogues, role playing, listening comprehensions, etc.

Assessment and permitted materials

Two spoken and two written examinations incl. listening.
More details will be announced in the moodle.
*Anyone who is unexcused absent from the first class is automatically logged out.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The aim is for the student to be able to implement theoretical input into a practical output, meaning basic linguistic skills in speaking, reading, listening and writing.

Attendance up to 3 times absence at the course and doing 90% of the homework are requirements for the positive completion of this course.
60% of tests for the positive grade.

Examination topics

The subject matter of the examination is the textbook (chapter 1-10).
