Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The aim of this course is to learn the correct reading and writing of the Hanja (Chinese script) and the usage of Hanjaeo (Sino-Korean words) in the Korean language.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
To achieve a positive passing grade, you must not be absent without valid excuse for more than 3 times. Exceptions to the mandatory attendance are to be obtained through a medical certificate, in special cases an agreement with the lecturer is to be established.
In order to obtain a positive passing grade in this lecture, doing the given homework (min. 90%) as well as passing the exams are prerequisites. Exams are passed with a minimum of 60% of the maximal achievable points.
*Attending the first lecture session is mandatory! Under exceptional circumstances, an excuse note must be sent to the lecturer via email.
