Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziele: Besprechung und Austausch unter den STEOP-MentorInnen (Japanologie, Koreanologie und Sinologie) und mit den Verantwortlichen am Institut.

Methoden:
- Gemeinsame Besprechung der beim Mentoring gemachten Erfahrungen
- Austausch zu Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. zu Steigerung der Reichweite des Programms, Abänderung der vorgesehenen Inhalte etc.)
- Peer Networking und kollegiale Unterstützungskonzepte
- Gruppendynamik und Gruppenführung
