Aims, contents and method of the course

Einführung in die Geschichte Japans von der prähistorischen Periode bis Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Neben einem Überblick über die wichtigesten politischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Geschehnisse der einzelnen Perioden werden kurze periodenübergreifende Entwicklungen dargestellt.

Final written exam.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The benchmark for passing the exam is at 51 %.
