    Information

    Aims, contents and method of the course

    The aim of this course is to learn the correct reading and writing of Chinese sentences and paragraphies with basic structures. Also you will be able to write and type Chinese sentences and short texts on electronic devices.
    You will learn the different writing styles, format, punctuation system in Chinese.
    After this semester, you will be able to use Chinese to write down short texts around 250 characters.
    This course will be held on-site.

    Assessment and permitted materials

    Homeworks and two written exams:
    Exams will be held in person. No aids are permitted.
    You will receive further information during the semester.

    Class Performance + Attendance: 10%
    Quiz: 10%
    Homework Assignment: 10%
    Midterm: 30%
    Final Exam: 40%

    100 - 90: Sehr gut (1)
    89 - 80: Gut (2)
    79 - 70: Befriedigend (3)
    69 - 60: Genügend (4)
    59 - 0: Nicht genügend (5)
