Aims, contents and method of the course
The participants present the concept and first results of their respective Master thesis, which then are discussed by supervisor, teachers and other participants.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The Masterkolloquium aims at providing a forum for discussing and comparing various aspects of the individual processes of research and writing and for presenting results.
Examination topics
Participants present the topic and/or research question of their respective MA-theses and discusses methodological and theoretical questions as well as (preliminary) results.
Reading list
Each participant hands in one Chinese and one English/German text related to his/her topic per e-mail one week before his/her presentation. The texts and powerpoints are made available to all participants on Moodle.
