Aims, contents and method of the course
In this course you will be supported in planning and carrying out your doctoral thesis. The colloquium consists of two parts.A part of the colloquium is devoted to the discussion of theoretical and methodological basic literature. In particular, new developments, for example in the digital humanities, are dealt with and the theories and methods presented are critically assessed with regard to their usefulness for sinological questions.The main part of the colloquium is the discussion of the individual doctoral theses.
