Assessment and permitted materials

individual presentations (40%), oral exam – discussion of particular theoretical issues in small groups

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Understanding of basic features (also in comparison to Euro-American philosophy), mastering of binary categories, theoretical understanding of special methodological features and of the problems, linked to discursive translations, the ability for critical interpretation of concrete philosophical issues, the influence of traditional discourses upon the ideas and ideologies in the present-day China
