Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Beherrschung der formalen Regeln des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens in der Japanologie (Recherche, Zitieren, Aufbau und Form einer wissenschaftlichen Arbeit, Stil) Vermittlung von Grundlagen des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens in der Japanologie: Methodenwahl, Fragestellung und Umsetzung; Literaturrecherche selbstständige Bearbeitung eines Themas, Einführung in Präsentationstechniken. Kenntnis der japanisch- und westlichsprachigen Hilfsmittel der Japanologie und des Umgangs mit ihnen (Lesung japanischer Personen- und Ortsnamen, Kalenderumrechnungen, etc.)

Examination topics

Interaktiv. Vortrag mit begleitenden Übungsteilen, Gruppenarbeiten und individuelle Hausübungen.
