Aims, contents and method of the course
The doctoral colloquium is taught in German, English and Chinese. Students who are not fluent in German should at least be able to follow and participate in academic discussions in Chinese and English. The course accompoanies doctoral students who have the opportunity to present their current research, discuss with each other and get to know on-going research projects at the institute.
Assessment and permitted materials
Student receive a grade if they participate regularly and present their work at least once during the semester.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
This colloquium is part of the doctoral curriculum and is aimed at helping students to pursue their doctoral projects.
