Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to Modern Irish. Simple conversation and reading, first steps in basic grammar; basic vocabulary
Assessment and permitted materials
regular attendance, class participation, homework, and two written tests (mid term and final) final test (as a VO)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
basic communication and reading comprehension, basic knowledge of the structure of Irish and some important points of grammar; acquisition of basic vocabulary for everyday situations
