Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

A comprehensive introduction into microphones and recording techniques. The focal point will be using microphones and their properties as well as different techniques to our advantage when trying to produce recordings.

Assessment and permitted materials

oral demonstration, recording exercises, documentation, attendance and participation

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

demonstration - 40 points
attendance/participation - 20 points
recording exercise - 20 points
documentation - 20 points

Examination topics

For a passing grade (4 or better) a total of at least 50 points must be reached and the demonstration must be graded with no less than 20 points
