Aims, contents and method of the course
The course will provide a basic introduction to Welsh Literature in the time period from 1800 to 2011, including an overview of major genres and forms of the period.
Assessment and permitted materials
There will be a final written exam.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The goals of this lecture are to familiarize students with the subject matter of the course, thus enabling to undertake more advanced courses on Modern Welsh literature.
