Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture introduces to feminist language politics. How do speech politics and gender theory interact? The following issues will be picked out as central topics:
" feminist language planning in the 80ties
" feminist language planning today
" relevant gender and language theories
" empirical analysis
" social and academic discourse on feminist language politics
