Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of this course is the theoretical consolidation of the research concept for the first BA thesis that has been prepared in the PS Methods of Applied Linguistics (summer term). This includes the review of relevant literature, the development of (a) detailed reserach question(s) as well as the conducting of an individual empirical study, based on the research concept that has been prepared in summer term. This means that the course can only be attended if the course “Methoden der Angewandten Sprachwissenschaft” had been successfully completed in the summer term.
