The detailed semester program will be announced on the Moodle platform. The material will be taught via oral lecture using detailed handouts, which will be uploaded to Moodle, as will audio recordings of the units. Further secondary literature for the deepening of individual diachronic developments will be announced in the course of the semester. The aim of the course is on the one hand to prepare students for reading Vedic texts and on the other hand to lay the foundations for independent work with Vedic text material in the context of linguistic-historical questions.
