Aims, contents and method of the course

Modern spoken Breton and its basic structures. Core vocabulary. Everyday communication.

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral end-term exam.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The aim is to enable participants to continue their studies of the Breton language on
their own by way of immersion classes in Brittany, for which a certain degree of basic fluency is required.

Examination topics

Mostly immersive teaching through the medium of Breton. Some theoretical explanations will be given in German. Home work will be given.
