Aims, contents and method of the course

Overview of the typology of morphological phenomena in various languages, with particular attention to the question of the extent to which the morphological patterns of a language resemble the language's syntactic patterns, i.e., the extent to which morphology can be viewed as a syntax-phonology interface, as opposed to an independent grammatical module.
