Aims, contents and method of the course
In this course an Old Irish text from a text edition (with glossary) will be translated.
Assessment and permitted materials
Regular class participation and (possibly) final exam
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The purpose of the course is to practise the translation of Old Irish texts. It is intended for students of Celtic Studies and of Indo-European Studies; a basic knowledge of Old Irish is expected.
Examination topics
