Aims, contents and method of the course

During this training, I intend to explain participants in depth all aspect of this most important epoch in Albanian history and their success in surviving as a nation, with the focus on the main actors of the Rilindja (resurrection).

The aim of this training ist for the participants to be able to understand the works of the actors of "Rilindja".

Examination topics

Those who prefer to obtain a Certificate about this training; this would be possible only through keeping permanent co-operation with the Teacher, or through written or vocal exams. The examination is possible at the end of this semester. I am going to use as a base for training the book of Robert Elsie: Albanian literature: a short history. London 2005: I.B. Tauris and the Centre for Albanian Studies/New York 2005: Palgrave Macmillan, as well as my own scripts, especially developed for this training.
