Aims, contents and method of the course

Das Proseminar untersucht in einer historischen Perspektive wie sich Theater, Kino, Literatur und Museum in ihren je spezifischen und vielfältigsten Ausformungen ihr kunstsinniges und aufnahmefähiges Publikum geschaffen haben. In der Verzahnung von Produktions- und Rezeptionsästhetik untersucht es, wie Medien nicht nur Gegenstände für Subjekte sondern – wie Marx 1856 schon vermerkte – auch „ein Subjekt für einen Gegenstand“ produziert.
Ziel der LV ist es, Kenntnisse zur Rezeptionsästhetik sowie zum Komplex der ästhetischen Erfahrung zu vermitteln.
Methode:
Vortrag, Sichtung und Analyse von Theater-, Film und anderem Bildmaterial, kritische Lektüre theoretischer Texte, Diskussion.

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Benotung setzt sich aus drei Elementen zusammen:
* ein bis zwei schriftliche Hausaufgaben (Lesekarten)
* schriftliche Prüfung am Ende des Semesters
* kontinuierliche, aktive Teilnahme
