Aims, contents and method of the course

The is designed as supervision units for the the StEOP mentors.
The content thus depends on the specific requests and needs of the mentors.
The course employs group discussion and, depending on the situation, short written reflections and/or roleplaying.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The assessment grades of productive participation in the supervision sessions (49%) and a written final reflection of approx. 5 pages (51%). No external LLM-based tools are permitted.

Examination topics

Participation in the Kick-Off, Workshop and Supervision sessions.
A minimum grade of “sufficient” must be achieved for both assessment components.
Meeting the announced deadlines is part of all assessments and partial assessments.
