Assessment and permitted materials
Active participation in the preparatory seminar sessions, attendance of all performances, active participation in the seminars. Written achievement: Concluding essay OR night critiques during the intensive week.

Die Teilnahme an sämtlichen Seminarsitzungen vor und während der Intensivwoche sowie der Besuch aller Aufführungen ist als Bedingung für das Absolvieren der Lehrveranstaltung zu verstehen.
Bitte melden Sie sich nur dann für diese Lehrveranstaltung an, wenn Sie sich in der Woche vom 25.05.23-01.06.23 ganz auf die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Festwochen Campus 2023 konzentrieren wollen und können.Die Kosten für die insgesamt rund sieben Aufführungsbesuche werden sich auf rund 100 Euro belaufen, wobei die Studierenden rund 50 Euro zu tragen haben werden.

Within the framework of the Festwochen Campus, productions of the Wiener Festwochen will be visited every evening in the week from 25 May to 01 June 2023 (Thursday to Thursday, including the Whitsun weekend). In the afternoons, seminar sessions, artist talks and other joint activities will take place from around 1 to 6 pm. The programming of the week will be based on the programme of the Wiener Festwochen, whereby the broadest possible spectrum of theatrical forms (drama productions, project works, performances, dance, installation, etc.) will be sought on our part.It is planned to carry out the intensive week partly together with students from the Department of Theatre Studies at the University of Leipzig and Prof. Patrick Primavesi.This intensive theatre week will be prepared in four seminar sessions, on the following days:

Wed, 24 May, 118.30-20.00 (preview of productions by working groups)Attendance at all seminar sessions before and during the intensive week as well as attendance at all performances is a condition of completing the course.
Please only register for this course if you are willing and able to concentrate entirely on the activities of the Festwochen Campus 2023 during the week of 25.05.23-01.06.23.The costs for the total of around seven performances will amount to around 100 euros, with students having to pay around 50 euros.The programming of the Festival Weeks and thus of our seminar cannot be announced at this time. This information will appear here as soon as possible, probably at the end of February.
