Was ist eigentlich eine Figur im Film und wie kann man Figuren theoretisch konzeptionalisieren und sich ihnen analytisch nähern? In der Lehrveranstaltung werden zunächst theoretische Ansätze zur Figur und insbesondere zur Figur im Film diskutiert, um anschließend verschiedene Figurenkonstruktionen in Filmen zu analysieren.
