Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Lehrveranstaltung bietet einen Überblick über wirkmächtige philosophische Ansätze zur Frage der Gerechtigkeit in Geschichte und Gegenwart. Im Zuge der gemeinsamen Lektüre und Diskussion zentraler gerechtigkeitstheoretischer Texte versucht die Lehrveranstaltung, einen ersten, einführenden Einblick in das komplexe Problemfeld der normativen Theoriebildung zu geben. Dabei wird sowohl auf die geschichtlichen Transformationen des Gerechtigkeitskonzepts als auch auf die Diversität der gegenwärtigen Zugänge Rücksicht genommen.
Zugleich versteht sich das Proseminar methodisch als themenorienteirte praktische Einübung in die wissenschaftlichen Arbeitstechniken und vermittelt dementsprechend praktische Kenntnisse im professionellen Umgang mit philosophischer Literatur.

(1) Regelmäßige und aktive Mitarbeit (10%)
(2) Lektüreprotokolle/Fragen zur Textlektüre (10%)
(3) Drei Kurzpapers während des Semesters (jeweils 20%)
(4) Referat (20%)
