Grundlage des Seminars ist das Buch:

Rechtfertigungen des Unrechts. Das Rechtsdenken im Nationalsozialismus in Originaltexten, hg. von Herlinde Pauer-Studer und Julian Fink (Suhrkamp 2014, stw).

Alle Seminarteilnehmer sollten eine Kopie dieses Buches zu Beginn des Seminars haben.
