Aims, contents and method of the course

Kant´s Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals shell lead us to the the ethical point of view from which the argumentation of the Critique of Practical Reason can be understood. But more than that this work can be considered as the first part of Kant´s ethics, giving a lucid presentation of its basic idea.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The course (Proseminar) aims at a basic understanding of Kant´s work by using secondary literature and discussing in reference to presentations.
