Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Aim of the seminar is to expose to critical discussion the work in progress of master and doctoral students. This would prepare the students for official presentations in conferences and in the department's doctoral presentation (FÖP).

Assessment and permitted materials

-Regular participation (not more than 2 unexcused absences)
-class presentation (submission of a substantial piece of work 1 week before class presentation together with the relevant primary and secondary literature)
-Expose and one chapter of the planned Master's thesis

The final grade (1-5) will depend on the following two tasks, the presentation in class (20%), the chapter of the Master thesis together with the abstract of the thesis (80%).
