The participants are expected to plan and give lessons - either in the seminar or at school - and to reflect on them critically. Sitting in on regular classes will offer the opportunity to observe, analyse and evaluate the teaching reality. Dealing with the rules and regulations of the new competence oriented school leaving exam will make the participants aware of the necessary adjustments concerning the psychology lessons.
Participants are expected to critically deal with expert literature, to plan lessons individually and to give lessons in front of the course group or at school. The individual teaching skills will improve on the basis of information relevant for the professional practice, reflection and constructive feedback.
