Aims, contents and method of the course
Presentation and discussion of related MA-theses and dissertations as well as projects in the context of this interdisciplinary research field (studies in philosophy and history)
Assessment and permitted materials
Presentation of the own Master-thesis and dissertation providing handout and/or ppt. Simulation of a defense examination of the thesis and discussion on all remaining talks in recent research context
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Talk with the above mentioned information (handout and/or ppt) as well as a continuous participation in the discussions during all three sessions
Examination topics
Presentations with additional publications in history and philosophy of science (HPS), history of philosophy of science (HOPOS), and science studies with reference to topical research literature.
