Aims, contents and method of the course
In der politischen Rhetorik der Gegenwart und der jüngeren Vergangenheit wird "Neoliberalismus" insbesondere mit Deregulierung und Globalisierung verbunden. In diesem Seminar verfolgen wir die Begriffsgeschichte des Neoliberalismus zurück zu ihren Ursprüngen in den politisch-philosophischen Kontroversen in Wien an der Wende zum 20. Jhdt. und die Entwicklung im 20. Jahrhundert. Dies tun wir anhand von Originaltexten insbes. in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
