Requirements / achievements- Documentation of the internship: Submission of a research diary and a final research report.
- Participation and active involvement: Regular participation in the supervision sessions and active involvement in the discussions.
- Presentation: Preparation and realisation of a presentation on a central topic or question of the internship.Resources- For the documentation: All available written and digital materials, literature, notes.
- For the presentation: Digital media (e.g. PowerPoint), literature and personal notes.
- Participation and active involvement: Regular participation in the supervision sessions and active involvement in the discussions.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Requirements for a positive assessment- Regular attendance: A maximum of two absences (90 minutes each) are permitted.
- Complete and timely submission of the required documentation and reports.
- Active participation: Regular and constructive participation in the discussions and exercises.
Assessment of partial performanceAssessment is based on the following criteria:- Research diary: completeness, depth of reflection, scientific accuracy (30% of the final grade).
- Research report: structure, clarity, reference to the educational research question, scientific analysis (40% of the final grade).
- Presentation: comprehensibility, technical accuracy, presentation technique (20% of the final grade).
- Active participation and collaboration: quality of contributions, commitment, co-operation with fellow students (10% of the final grade).Grading scale- Very good (1): 90-100 points
- Good (2): 80-89 points
- Satisfactory (3): 70-79 points

This should also increase the quality and satisfaction of the students' work in their research internships.The main aim of this course is to support students in reflecting on and deepening their practical experience during their research or work placement. By participating in group supervision, students should:- Put theoretical knowledge into practice.
- Develop critical thinking and reflection skills.
- Strengthen the ability to scientifically analyse and document practical experience.
- Encourage exchange and discussion with fellow students about different pedagogical approaches and issues.The following topics are covered in this course:
- Introduction to reflecting on practice: methods and techniques for reflecting on practical experiences.
- Educational science issues: Development and deepening of relevant questions.
- Documentation and analysis: preparation of research diaries, reports and presentations.
- Ethics and professionalisation: discussion of ethical issues and professionalisation in an educational context.
- Feedback and supervision: Mutual feedback in the group and support from the seminar leader.The content is mainly taught using interactive methods of integrative group supervision. These include:
- Discussion rounds: Joint discussion of students' practical experiences.
- Case studies and practical reports: Presentation and analysis of practical cases.
- Peer feedback: Exchange of feedback and constructive criticism among students.
- Teaching input: Short lectures and input from the course leader on specific topics.
- Practical exercises: Carrying out reflection and analysis exercises.
