Aims, contents and method of the course
Die Gestaltsupervision ist ein dynamischer Supervisionsansatz, der die Bedeutung von ganzheitlichem Bewusstsein, Erfahrung im gegenwärtigen Moment und kreativer Erkundung im Lern- und Wachstumsprozess hervorhebt.Im Sinne dieses Supervisionsverständnisses wird die Bedeutung des Kontakts sowohl mit sich selbst als auch mit der Umwelt anerkannt und die zyklische Natur dieser Wechselwirkungen erkundet und nutzbar gemacht. Zentral ist u.a. das Figurprinzip (das 'Hier-und-Jetzt'-Prinzip), wonach der Fokus auf dem liegt, was im gegenwärtigen Moment am auffälligsten und sinnvollsten ist, sowie das Prinzip der Ganzheitlichkeit, das die Einzelnen als ganzes System innerhalb ihrer Umgebung betrachtet.Die Studierenden werden ermutigt, sich auf ihre unmittelbaren Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse im Zusammenhang mit ihrem Forschungspraktikum einzulassen. Durch integrative Techniken und ein prozessorientiertes Modell zielt dieser Ansatz darauf ab, die persönliche und akademische Entwicklung im Bereich der Forschung - insbesondere in der Bildungswissenschaft - zu fördern.

• Proaktive Partizipation am Seminar und den Übungen im Plenum (25 Punkte)Beurteilungsmaßstab
• 90-100 Punkte (Note 1): Außergewöhnliche Leistung, die eine gründliche Auseinandersetzung, ein umfassendes Verständnis und eine gekonnte Anwendung der theoretischen und praktischen Konzepte zeigt.
• 80-89 Punkte (Note 2): Sehr gute Leistung, die ein solides Verständnis der Konzepte und eine effektive Anwendung in verschiedenen Kontexten zeigt.
• 70-79 Punkte (Note 3): Gute Leistung, die ein zufriedenstellendes Verständnis und die Anwendung der behandelten Grundsätze zeigt.
• 60-69 Punkte (Note 4): Angemessene Leistung, die die Mindestanforderungen erfüllt, aber in Bezug auf Verständnis und Anwendung verbesserungswürdig sind.
• Unter 60 Punkte (Note 5): Unzureichende Leistung, die die Mindestanforderungen nicht erfüllt und zeigt, dass eine weitere Beschäftigung mit dem Seminarinhalt notwendig ist.

In this accompanying research seminar, you must organise your internship yourself; no internships are offered by the course management.
