Aims, contents and method of the course

Education and Culture in Context:

The theme for this course is on education and culture research and on developing the context of a research case.
What are the cultural and ideological aspects and historicity involved in a case? And how does the context of you as a researcher play a role in the research of the case?

Along with helping students develop and prepare their bachelor's theses, this course will also explore different contexts, past and present, of modern education.

Assessment and permitted materials

All written assessment will be carried out in English.

All written assessment will be carried out in English.

Class participation (German/English)
Development and Preparation of the bachelor's thesis (English), including:
-Abstract (English)
-Work Plan (English)
-Presentation (German/English)
Bachelor's thesis (English), including:
-abstract; research interest, problem and research question; methodology
You must have a passing grade on the bachelor's thesis in order to pass the seminar.
