Am 12.10 wird eine Schulung zur Literaturrecherche stattfinden, um die notwendigen Kenntnisse zur eigenständigen Erarbeitung von Literatur zu gewährleisten. Sinnvoll wäre es, wenn jene Studierenden, die einen Laptop besitzen, diesen am 12.10 mitnehmen, um so auch das Vorgetragene ausprobieren zu können.

Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is about the concept of disability and should give first insights in autism. For example the existing possibilities to classify and to support people with autism will be reflected during the course.

Assessment and permitted materials

The judgment of the work that should be done consists of the following:
Doing recherche on literature including reflection and summary (3 topics - each 10 points)
3 working group papers (each 10 points)
1 paper (40 points)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In this course students should learn to find and give a critical summary over relevant literature to special topics of autism. Furthermore the critical reflection of the concept of disability as well as about classification- and support systems are an important issue.

Examination topics

The methods will include for example lecturing specific topics, independent working on special issues and working in groups. The main focus will be on "learning by doing", critical reflections and discussions, presentation of one´s own knowledge and team working.
