Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The aim of the seminar is to learn how to write a scientific paper. To do this, you will write a scientific paper. The topic is online communities. You will research online communities, present the results in a scientific essay and give a short presentation to your colleagues. In doing so, you will get to know the typical design features of the literary genre “scientific essay” such as short references and source information and the typical three-act structure of scientific essays. You will try out tools that can make writing easier for you (ChatGPT is not one of them - but you are welcome to try it with it). And you will deal with the genre of “scientific lecture”. To do this, we will try out the format in an entertaining way.
