Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme:
- Praktikum/praktische Tätigkeit in einer pädagogischen Institution in den Monaten März bis Juni 2011
- Vertrautheit mit psychoanalytisch-pädagogischen Konzepten
- Bereitschaft zur Reflexion eigenen praktischen Handelns (bei den Seminarterminen und in Kleingruppen)
- Bereitschaft zur Bearbeitung von englischsprachigen Texten

Examination topics

The "Work Discussion" concept is based on the "Infant Observation" method developed by Esther Bick in the 1950s at the Tavistock Center in London. Seminar participants observe themselves in their work situation, draw up reports in a descriptive and narrative way, bring these reports into the seminar where they are read and discussed.
