Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture focuses on conveying knowledge on issues reltaed to the intersection of disability and family. Questions such as the following will be discussed: How does the birth of a child with disability impact familial everyday life? Is it possible for a woman with disability to have a child? How do models of disability in different countries affect familial everyday life of persons with disabilities?
A number of invited guest speaker will broaden the perspective.

active participation in the course and handing in of written assignments on time, Proseminararbeit (paper)
