Aims, contents and method of the course
Aims of the seminar: Background knowledge about scientific practice and publishing, critical evaluation of scientific practice, critical reading, writing scientifically, and specific topic empirical aesthetics. Course language: GermanContents: Introduction in scientific practice and special topic empirical aesthetics;Method: Presentations about Scientific Practice and Publishing, tutorials on critical reading, presenting, and scientific writing, student presentations of topics in empirical aesthetics;
Assessment and permitted materials
Grading and weighting (see below) of the following parts: written task, presentation, and participation.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The final grade is the mean of the grades of each part (as all three parts account for 1/3)

- Presentation in groups (1/3)
- Written task- 1 page (1/3)- Special: Attendance - maximum of 3 missed units for passing the course
