The course takes place in virtual online-/presence teaching. It is roughly divided into 2 sections:

1) UPDATE 22.09.2020: Economic Psychology: The first 6 units are videos of the lectures (via Collaborate in the Moodle course). Students can ask questions via the chat function. These questions will be answered by Dr. Kasper after the lecture. A previous registration is NOT necessary!

2) Work and Organizational Psychology: The other 6 units will be presented by Prof. Korunka via Collaborate (in the Moodle course) online with the possibility to ask questions. A previous registration is NOT necessary!

Aims, contents and method of the course

Topics about Work, organizational and economic psychology: Ideas of man, job design, motivation, leadership, impact of work, contents and limits of the economic psychology and fragility of economic core assumptions.

Assessment and permitted materials

UPDATE 11.01.2021:
Online-exam(50 minutes):
- 10 multiple choice questions
- 1 open question (max. 500 words)
The exam will take place at a specific Moodle-course. Details will be published within the next days.
