Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Exams in presence (60 minutes) consisting of 9 questions, namely 2 cloze-questions (11-12 gaps; 3 pts each), 2 multiple-choice questions ( 8 decisions each, 2 pts), 2 long questions (min 200 words; 3 pts), 3 short-questions (2-3 sentences, 2 pts). Preparatory sheets will be provided on Moodle. Be aware that one question will address one of the 10 mandatory texts which have to be read critically during the semester.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Grading Scale:
<=60%...Fail
>60%-<=70%...Sufficient
>70%-<=80%...Satisfactory
>80%-<=90%...Good
>90%...Very GoodIt is possible to gain bonus percents up to a maximum of 10% of the total points by active participation in the online discussion forums and summaries of texts/literature.

This lecture is held in presence and uses a flipped classroom approach for selected topics. This means, that for special topics teaching-videos and corresponding slides will be provided a priori to the lecture (app. one week). Optimally, these videos should be watched before the lecture and will be discussed and deepened during the lecture. Topics presented during the lecture plus teaching videos are relevant for the exam. Active participation in discussions in the online discussion forums and summarizing of literature result in bonus points up to a maximum of 10% of the total points
