Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

In the lecture Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie (AOW-Psychologie) in the BA-curriculum scientific methods of applied psychology are discussed as well as the development of AOW-Psychologie, models of humans, work analysis, work design and work evaluation. In the context of economic psychology, decision making models and decision anomalies will be discussed.
