Aims, contents and method of the course

Psychologische Kommunikationstheorien, nonverbale Kommunikation, Wahrnehmung, Grundlagen der Gesprächsführung, Gesprächsstrukturierung, Interviewfehler, Erstgespräch, Gesprächsführung in Krisen- und Konfliktsituationen.

Assessment and permitted materials

(a) Mitarbeit sowie Anwesenheit, (b) Referat in der Gruppe zu einem spezifischen Thema sowie (c) Verfassen einer Seminararbeit.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Anhand theoretischer Modelle und praktischer Beispiele werden Grundlagen der Gesprächsführung vermittelt.

Examination topics

Vorträge des Lehrveranstaltungsleiters, Referate von Gruppen zu spezifischen Themen der Gesprächsführung, Reflexion und Diskussion der Inhalte, sowie Rollenspiele. E-learning Unterstützung findet mit Hilfe von Moodle statt.
