Aims, contents and method of the course

Inhalte: Betreuung einer Kleingruppe von StudienanfängerInnen des aktuellen Semesters als student advisor im Rahmen der UE Supervised Orientation Tutorium (STEOP Pflichtmodul B) & Supervision im Rahmen der UE; Psychologische Gesprächsführung: Grundlegende Fertigkeiten, Anamnese, Beratung, Motivierende Gesprächsführung, Konflikte/Krisenintervention

Art der Leistungskontrolle: - Arbeit als student advisor
- Anwesenheit und Mitarbeit in der UE
- Reflexionsaufgabe am Ende des Semesters

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Ziele: - Praxis als Peer MentorIn
- Unterstützung von StudienanfängerInnen beim Studieneinstieg
- Festigung der eigenen, studienrelevanten Kompetenzen
- Kennenlernen grundlegender Inhalte der psychologischen Gesprächsführung

Methoden: - Betreuung einer Kleingruppe von StudienanfängerInnen (online, präsent)
- Vorbereitung und Supervision im PS
- Theorie-Input durch LV-Leitung
- Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Reflexion
