Aims, contents and method of the course

Betreuung einer Kleingruppe von StudienanfängerInnen (online, präsent) des aktuellen Semesters als Student Advisor im Rahmen der UE Supervised Orientation Tutorium (SOT) und Supervision im Rahmen der UE Psychologische Fertigkeiten II: Praxis und Arbeit als Student Advisor.

Inhalte und Methoden:
- Praxis als Peer-MentorIn
- Unterstützung von StudienanfängerInnen beim Studieneinstieg
- Festigung der eigenen studienrelevanten Kompetenzen
- Vorbereitung, Supervision und Reflexion der Arbeit als Student Advisor in der UE
- Theorie-Inputs durch LV-Leitung, z.B. Vertiefung von Inhalten aus psychologischer Gesprächsführung
- Rollenspiele, Diskussion und Reflexion

Assessment and permitted materials

- Arbeit als Student Advisor (v.a. Vorbereitungen der Kleingruppentreffen, Feedback zu Aufgaben der StudienanfängerInnen)
- Anwesenheit und Mitarbeit in der UE
- (Reflexions-)Aufgaben zur Arbeit als Student Advisor

Anwesenheit (80%)
