In diesem Proseminar aus dem Pflichtwahlfach Wirtschaftspsychologie wird der Themenbereich "Freiwilligenarbeit" auf der Grundlage aktueller arbeits- und organisationspsychologischer Forschungsliteratur fundiert bearbeitet.
