Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment:
– Presentation (group grade): 20%
– Peer-review (individual grade): 20%
– Study concept (written, individual grade): 50%
– Active participation/"being present" (individual grade): 10%

If > twice not "present", automatically 0% on this partial performance (all else equal, grade drops from 100 to 85 points)
BUT: Can be compensated by a written paper (written summary of a current topic) -In such a case and if interested: Please mail me.

Absence/illness/etc. is not an automatic reason for not passing the seminar. Just let me know why you cannot make it.

1: 90 to 100 %
2: 80 to < 90 %
3: 70 to < 80 %
4: 60 to < 70 %
5: < 60 %
