Aims, contents and method of the course

Die Studierenden sammeln praktische Erfahrungen im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten, indem sie eine empirische Bachelorarbeit mit umweltpsychologischem Bezug eigenständig verfassen. Sie lernen, innerhalb eines festgelegten Zeitrahmens eine psychologisch relevante Forschungsfrage systematisch zu bearbeiten, Daten zu erheben und auszuwerten, und ihre Ergebnisse in schriftlicher Form gemäß wissenschaftlicher Standards darzustellen.
Entwicklung bzw. Weiterentwicklung einer Forschungsfrage aus den Themenfeldern des Fachliteraturseminars:
o Psychologische Faktoren des Umweltverhaltens
o Umweltbezogene Einstellungen und Klimawandel-Leugnung
o Nachhaltigkeit und psychisches Wohlbefinden
o Psychologische Ansätze für Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz
Planung und Durchführung eines empirischen Forschungsprojekts
Die Veranstaltung wird im Stil einer Forschungswerkstatt abgehalten. In den Einheiten werden individuelle Projektstände präsentiert, diskutiert und gemeinsam weiterentwickelt.

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Gesamtnote ergibt sich aus folgenden Bestandteilen:

10 % Aktive Mitarbeit in der LV, inkl. Diskussionsbeiträge, Peer-Feedback, Gruppenarbeit
15% Präsentation des Forschungsdesigns
15 % Ergebnispräsentation am Semesterende (Einzel- oder Gruppenbenotung)
60 % Qualität der Bachelorarbeit

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mindestens 60 Punkte sind nötig, um den Kurs zu bestehen.
Notenskala:
• Sehr gut (1): 90–100 Punkte
• Gut (2): 80–89 Punkte
• Befriedigend (3): 70–79 Punkte
• Genügend (4): 60–69 Punkte
• Nicht genügend (5): 0–59 Punkte
