Aims, contents and method of the course

Preparing a review paper on specific topics within I-O Psychology (Work-family conflict / enrichment, work-family boundary management, recovery, work-family interface and health, work-family interface and motivation / satisfaction).

Assessment and permitted materials

Bachelor Thesis II, critical analysis of scientific literature, peer feedback, 2 presentations (at the planning phase and at the end)

Writing and presenting the Bachelor Thesis II (review paper)
